Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these simple terms and conditions.
BlackBookLovers.com guarantees that all books are genuine and as described.
You may inspect all books and return within 15 days, but you must notify us at: bookreturn@blackbooklovers.com first.
BlackBookLovers.com may verify your full name and mailing address against our own records and public databases to ensure the authenticity of your information sent.
BlackBookLovers.com reserves the right to refuse any person the 5 books for $1 offer for any reason BlackBookLovers.com deem necessary. If a person is refused, all monies paid ($1 plus shipping and handling) will be refunded. If a person has received a FREE GIFT and has been refused the 5 books for $1 he/she must return the free gift to receive their refund.
The FREE GIFT OFFER will be sent in 5 to 7 days, and the accepted member may keep the free gift whether he/she decides to buy more books or not.
In no case should shipping and handling exceed $16 total for the 5 books for $1 offer.
We ship UPS and/or USPS to street addresses;
via USPS at priority or book rate to post office boxes
We do not ship outside the United States.
You should allow 4 to 6 weeks for membership book club acceptance and the receipt of your free books.
After acceptance you will be given a membership only website in which you must buy only 1 book within the next year.
BlackBookLovers.com will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or any other damages whatsoever arising out of your use or inability to use this website or any information, products or services of BlackBookLovers.com, whether based on contractual, statutory, tort or other grounds.
In any case, BlackBookLovers.com will only be held responsible for the exact amount paid by the person that request the 5 books for $1 offer plus shipping and handling.

BlackBookLovers.com respects each individual's right to personal privacy, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, we will not sell, rent, lease your name to anyone. You may be contacted by us from time to time to inform you of special offers but we will remove you from our list if you reply to any email sent to you with "REMOVE ME" in the subject line. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information collected or submitted on the BlackBookLovers.com website.
